If you don’t love it simply mail it back, or return the product to our store within 14 days of receiving, for a refund (by January 15th if it’s a Holiday gift).

Item must be in “as new” condition, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items. We do not process refunds on shipping charges.

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
